Horror Drill

A "Silent Hill" styled Drillman from Capcom's Megaman games. His physiology is similar to that of Cutman, being of similar nature. His limbs were replaced with high-powered drills capable of boring through rock, dirt, and bodies. The one on his leg is mostly used for a prosthetic, but it can help him speed up the tunneling process a bit and in a few combat situations. The corkscrew (I'm not sure what the technical term is) around the drill is bladed as well, so being hit by it while spinning at high speeds at any angle would be deadly. He's also got a Davy Jones jacket kind of thing going.

Personality: After his surgury, Drill became very bitter and angry towards everything around him. He cannot remember one moment of his former life as a construction worker near one of Wily's hidden bases, but he's perpetually angry for reasons he cannot understand. His primary function was to help Wily dig tunnels, but his skills at murder got his job changed. He can often be heard limping around his section of the base, his prosthetic leg clanking against the metal walkways and him shouting in anger. His face was horrible mutilated during the procedure, and his faceplate gives his voice a distinct, metallic ring. He fancies himself the HM most qualified to lead the other 7, despite their refusal to follow his raving orders. He's taken to shouting at them to perform tasks that they are already occupied with or are required to do anyway, giving himself the delusion of leadership. He revels in butchering his victims as a stress-relief exercise, stomping after them and boring through their bodies with his weaponry.
